Anthony has held senior positions in the both the public and private sectors. He has worked for the Christian Children's Fund, the Kenya Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, Samken Limited, Abercrombie & Kent, Madison Insurance and, most recently, EngenderHealth. He has extensive experience in both strategic and operational aspects of human resource management.  Having worked in Africa and managed HR functions in Asia and Latin America, Anthony brings to IAVI an expertise in the human resource issues common to developing countries, and a hands-on understanding of how to build a good working relationship between a global organization’s headquarters and its field offices abroad.
